You admit that ZiaSun is profitable. You acknowledge the existence and operation of it's subsidiaries. The thing you seem to have a problem with is their accounts set up and your opinion that Internet businesses are not so great. You basically (but accidently) acknowledged that the fundamentals exist and are quite strong and showed your dislike for their books and some of their subsidiaries. All you did was express your opinion without showing that ZiaSun had no fundamentals. You are hardly a forensic accountant are you.
