Are these attempts at self-promotion and rehabilitation, Carl?

Geez; one post today was asking us all to thank you, another was asking us to apologize to you, and now this!

You are real good. The Phoenix appears to have risen from the ashes, its name is Bilow. LOL!

Carl,

But when you and I and others said bad things about RMBS, in my case, it was trading at 180 pre split, which is about 45. So, even after all the punishment, it still closed today at 66 11/16, which means that anyone who laughed at me back then and bought is still ahead a good 33%, and if they sold at the peak, they'd be in even better shape.

Lawyers or whatever it takes. This stock has made a few engineers who invest based on their 'industrial-technical' knowledge look stupid. Does the feasibility of the technology matter here? Once the lawyers are involved, it's time to just throw all our assumptions away and go with the flow.

I actually think anything < 67 a reasonable good buy for now. The RDR strength/weakness implementation could be up to debate, but those rmbs lawyers are very good at their jobs, it's time they announce another lawsuit to go after another memory manufacturer. If they target another paranoid japanese company, they should get quick capitulation. Choose the weakest member of JEDEC, and the stock should see 100 again. (I'm serious)
