Hi Armin

MRVC has taken the position since the initial round of KP et al funding for Zaffire that they are a separate company and will "tell their own story". During the last q another round of financing was completed and new investors were added. (MRVC maintained their position at about 22%) IMO Zaffire must be getting close to an IPO of its own, but that news would come from Zaffire.
