Well, except the bad and lazy stuff.

We have different perceptions of cycles and human input.

Best-case responsibility is the axis of our choices.
(Us, I mean. Not the soybean market. Or maximal farmers.)

Animal products are the major (indirect) pollutant contributors. Meat is a concentrator. All that corn you feed one cow would feed may times the weight in primary human flesh. If the corn wasn't eaten by the cow you would have had to grow less to feed everyone (except the cow, which is gone and unnecessary).
