hi mitch, well, this liveadvisor looks pretty cool, but not much is happening there. course i've only had systemworks2000 installed for a couple weeks, i guess it is. the previous version doesn't have it. i filled out some more info in both the profile and the options field that may result in updates coming through. so they arrive via email, huh? have you noticed on liveupdate that there is an entry indicating that it will check for liveadvisor updates? anyway, no need to search for the old emails, but thanks anyway. just trying to get a little more skinny on this feature, you know? :) mark
