WILL VSH BUY OUT SILI ?

This has been debated on these boards for quite awhile, but there has never been a better time to speculate on it.

1) SILI can't get much lower with the earnings it has.

2) VSH must be sick and tired of SILI's stock going nowhere and knowing that it can never go anywhere meaningful with such a low float and no analysts.

3) VSH has already virtually eliminated the name SILI and SILI is already considered a VSH "department".

4) VSH already gives SILI employees VSH stock options.

5) VSH would love to add the earnings of the remaining 20% to VSH's bottom line.

6) VSH knows better than anybody just how undervalued SILI is right now.

7) VSH has lots of cash to spend.

8) VSH just announced in the CC that they were going to be acquiring soon.

9) VSH runs a risk of a lawsuit for not allowing SILI to function as an independent company in the eyes of the markets.

10) VSH has a board of directors meeting (today, I believe) that could well decide the future of SILI.

If VSH offers to buy out the remaining 20% of SILI, the odds are good IMO that the number would be over $70 - possibly even well over $70.

So, considering the ludicrously low price of the stock, the excellent earnings, liklihood of a NAS bounce and the potential of a VSH buyout, this is a pretty good bet right now.
