JC, Welcome Aboard. <Abit PR interviewee mentioned that their AMD760 motherboard will be announced in September (this seems pleasantly early to me).> I was hoping for shipments in September. So, September "announcemnt" doesn't sound too good for me. Nonetheless, I do not see this as a negative. It is more like it is less positive. For a change AMD may not be a platform disadvantage and possibly a platform advantage once the DDR760 motherboards go into production. <* [Athlon] Multiprocessor motherboard effort is "frought with difficulties" (doh!)> It will be interesting to find out if this is Abit specific or if other folks are having the same problem. Anyone has good visibility on the motherboard development side? <* KT7-RAID will support RAID, ATA100, and 4 IDE connectors. It will be released in 2-3 weeks, will get into mass production two weeks later, and will be generally available the week after <em>that</em>. > That sound good - should make it more appealing for corporate/MIS types.
