I trust that you have a higher opinion of ALA management? I don't know Tchuruk, but have a friend (born and raised in France) who has a friend who knows him and says he's an excellent leader. So far he's executed quite well, especially in being way ahead of the competition in ADSL and undersea fiber optics. I'm sure you know ALA won the joint procurement consortium contract way back in mid '96, with forward pricing that startled the competition, and consequently they now have 50% of that market, globally. Tchuruk said this is the way the world's headed and we're going to be there before anyone else. Period. That took enormous courage. Pat
