Glenn the biggest problem we may NOT be seeing is the flight of their employees. With no
loyalty in the exec ranks and the stock in the crapper, I wouldn't be suprised if they lose 1000
people between now and Christmas.

Good point. The most difficult to recruit are those with a technical background. I suspect customer service and fulfillment labor people will not be that difficult to keep. But people for prgramming, adding content, etc. will be a real problem.

Of any of us, you probably know best how much it costs to reruit, hire and train people. This
has got to be a major problem for them now.


It is the more difficult now than ever in my career. We added three people to our staff due to growth and that was a nightmare. It took months to find what I believe are the correct people. Then there is training, etc.
