registrations to sell restricted stock recently filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission, according to Federal Filings Business News.

REGISTRATIONS

The following registrations were disclosed in Form 144s. A Form 144
indicates
an intention to sell restricted stock. The filing of a Form 144 opens the

for an individual to sell the shares, but does not definitively indicate that

INTERNATP NETWORK SERVICES CORP. (INAP): Vulcan Ventures Inc. (X.VVI) filed
to sell 100,000 common shares of Internap Network Services Corp. Vulcan
Ventures intended to sell the shares July 18 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Union Securities was listed as the broker. As reported, Vulcan Ventures filed
Tuesday to sell 100,000 shares of Internap common stock July 17. Vulcan
Ventures is the investment vehicle for Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) co-founder Paul
Allen.
