Analysts: Alcatel's Price Target Raised to EU95 at Lehman Brothers


London, July 28 (Bloomberg Data) -- Alcatel (CGE FP) was reiterated ``buy'' by analyst
Philippe Schmitt at Lehman Brothers. The target price was raised to 95 euros from 72 euros
per share.

Antoine Joly at Aurel-Leven. The target price was raised to 105 euros from 78 euros per
share.

Steve, my take on GDP:
economists were expecting + 3.8% in Q2 with assumption that 1-st reading on Q1 was 5.5%.
It was however 4.8% in Q1. if they knew it before, forecast
for Q2 would be higher - around 4.5%.
As you can see based on 1-st and 2-nd reading for Q1 error can be 20%, and in the past I saw 30%.
When they make revision of Q2, the numbers can be much lower and all today panic may be just a noise.
