Q will own 90% of the new company for at least the next eight months. That gives Q pretty strong voting control.

Between now and then they will listen to "very interesting" offers from a variety of interested parties. If none are interesting enough, then the new company will take final shape as an independent entity with a poison pill in place, imo.

IJ has structured this spinoff in a way that leaves ALL options open.
