Baird,

I'm surely not blaming the recent fall of Westell on insider trading. Westell has been a very volatile stock as you have pointed out. That is something that I have accepted and lived with for the past four years.

I expect it to recover (as I do the NASDAQ) and continue to move up over the long term.

However, I am concerned that the CEO of the company has decided to sell 225K shares in the face of a "hockey stick" growth curve.
