Bilow, If EDO Memory was cheaper at the time why would they want to go through all the trouble to bring SDRAM into the picture. Wouldn't they have been better off to just continue with EDO Memory? Dataquest projecting RDRAM to remain a boutique memory?<< You have made an assumption that may not be correct. Because I am bullish with Rambus does not mean I necessarily buy and hold. I have been in and out many times. Not always in the order I would like, like now. But I have done ok. You and I both know there is a great deal of money involved in this "push & shove game." Right now the push is against Rambus. I think the shove from Rambus will come later, not much later, but later. I have little confidence in the sources you mention because of the spin that has been put on all of it... and that goes for the spin of all the pro-Rambus stuff. It all has to be weighed and right now I think it weighs in favor of Rambus. I'll just have to see how it all plays out. I'm considering more in the morning, we'll see. Right now I would like to sit down in a good high stakes poker game, relax and enjoy myself.
