Food for thought........If 1 month ago when INSP was trading at $60, I told you that you can have INSP PLUS GNET for $35, would you like the transaction??????? Let me put this another way..........17 days ago when GNET was trading at $43 if I told you that you can be a part of INSP after a big (INSP ) correction, 45% higher than the current $43/share price(GNET was trading at on 7/11/00), would you be interested?????????.......My point is the market has been SLAMMED in the past 2 weeks yet GNET is trading 45% higher..........as of the close yesterday. I bought a lot of INSP yesterday, I will buy more today. I read in the GOLDMAN SACHS report(they love the deal) that there will be an institutional road show next week......RUSS gets to do his RUSS thing in front of some of the biggest players in the country, we craved coverage, we prayed for more institutional support..........well we now have it.The initial reaction in ALL of these mergers is to sell the buying(INSP) entity(see VRSN,JDSU)............then its back off to the races. REMEMBER, the street does not know RUSS(to know him is to love him), the street does not know GNET, people sell out of fear of the unknown........well thats going to change shortly. I'm buying and I am buying BIG. Good luck to all.
