if i am right, any deals tvio are working on are in jeopardy to gmst. gmst is sueing tvio. if you were a cable co. looking for a guide or interactive service, who would you go with? the sue-or or the sue-ee? ok, the plaintiff or the defendant? this is a easy desision. who would go to all the expense and then end up as defendants themselves in an ip suit for patent infringments. tvio is in big trouble if they don't settle. gmst stock up in the disaster du jour yesterday. good sign for sure. rocky
