Hi DA, what work have you done on client's files today? None? That would be the typical asnwer but I suspect that our discussions have made you a little, shall we say, paranoid about your practice. You now listen a little closer to the water cooler gossip. You ask yourself, "Are they going to steal my clients?" "Will I finally be the washed up bum I 've always feared?" Yes is the answer to both of your questions. You are heading down a road of despair from whence there is no return. Just like on Ally McBeal when an attoeny is thrown off the show. You will find yourself teary eyed and distraught as you clean out your desk. And don't come looking to me for a job unless you agree to become a Democrat and admit their superiority.
