As a side note in this discussion, it occurs to me that Kosovo was little more than a paid advertisement for US arms. It was all very dramatic even if a bit staged. In the sense of what we think of traditionally as a War it didn't really sell to television viewers. I wouldn't buy the stuff if I wanted to impress my enemies. I might consider a few vials of anthrax, however...much better bang for the buck so to speak.

Have you seen "Patriot" yet. The whole family was crying before the credits on that one. Now that's what I call a war.

We saw "What Lies beneath" the other night. To scary for the little ones. I think it was the music and sound effects that set people off as much as the thrilling plot.
