Comment: Nice to know that someone else, too, thinks $7.00 eps for Y2000 may be conservative if AMD stated Athy shipment targets are achieved!

Also, won't all athlon production be going to socket A in the 3rd and 4th quarters. I seem to remember that was supposed to save around $20 a chip, or conservatively, about 50 million in the 3rd and 100 million in the 4th quarter? That should help a lot.

Pete,

I love all the factors you pointed out that will help raise ASP. I agree with all of them, but am worried about hitting the 7 million unit target. One third of the quarter is over, and large OEMs are still not selling Duron.
