Is the implication that sfa has developed or acquired an approach to ipg's that won't encroach on gmst's ipr?

Remember that there is ongoing litigation between SFA and Gemstar about exactly that. Also note that SFA is buying Sony set-top boxes. Gemstar recieves $10 per Sony box if it is shipped with a guide inside, regardless of whose guide it is.
