The IDA enforcement division has been notified of the cert call in and they are monitoring it.

When a cert is called for the MM/broker has 3 days for supply it. With basically no stock available they have to go mkt to buy it.

If anyone has FDKP and has not called their cert for delivery please do so, even if 500 shares. By weds/thursday we should see how large the short was.
