Has SDLI hit fair value yet? If not, we've got to be pretty close.

SDLI closed at about $323 on the day the merger w/ JDSU was announced and JDSU closed at about $101.

At this price we have no merger premium left in SDLI.

I believe Mucho is correct. CORV does have about 330M shares making CORV's market cap greater than that of SDLI.

fool.com

TMF sez 31.6M shares, with market cap of:

@IPO price of $36: 11.8B

So extrapolating:

@current price of ~$80: 28.8B

But that doesn't make sense; math-wise, it's off by an order of magnitude. I think what we're looking at is the difference between the number of shares outstanding and the number offered to the public in the IPO, two numbers which probably are in about a 1:10 ratio.

In any case, wow.

Yup, Mucho is correct. I just read ALL the S1s. yuuck, and
totaled the warrants, convertibles, outstanding, those issued as options, reserved for future options, and all that. Tis over 300 M shares and 330 M shares is about right. Wait till the lockup expires.

Is CORV really worth MORE than SDLI ??
