After speaking with Mr. Johnston of Cala Corp. this morning we continued to be impressed with this company. Mr. Cala continues to be in negotiations with the Italian government for Costanzo Industries and a office building in Naples, Italy. Mr. Johnston stated that in the second week of August the Italian government will go on a summer break for approximately 3 weeks. With that in mind Mr. Cala has been in Italy for several weeks now trying to finalize these negotiations. Mr. Johnston stated the final terms & conditions of these acquisitions could be negotiated before the Italian government takes their summer break. Press Release's will follow the completion of these negotiations. We would also like to say that we will have new picks for our members once the markets stabilize again.
