I favor as much enrollment of foreign students as our universities can handle, ...

Good idea, especially as many gifted individuals end up staying here and contributing to economic growth.

...and the dissemination of American movies, tv shows, books, music, and so on, as widely as possible.........

Maybe not such a good idea - think of American Pie, Married with Children, Jerry Springer, Marilyn Manson, Eminem, etc.
