I believe the thrill of signing up Oki (a minor DRAM maker) to their contentious licensing scheme is what has kept RMBS up today..

I'll say this: When Rambus has announced that they've signed up Micron, or Via.. THEN will I subscribe to the theory that Rambus has it made.. but not til then.
