You can expect every pet project of the Pentagon's to get funding with Cheney running the show(and don't kid yourself, he will be running the show in a lot of ways, Bush would have picked his Dad to be VP, but, it wouldn't have looked too good, so he picked the next closest thing, somebody had to be the adult, right?).
