ADCT 1 year performance. (FYI...I've owned this stock for 1 1/2 years) Approx $8.5 to $49 -- we are priced for perfection.... At least two of their recent acquisitions earnings are not going to be accretive to ADC's balance sheet for at least a year. (I'm going from memory here...I saw a research report a month ago..) Things are great that's for sure....but from an empirical point of view anytime a stock gets extremely far above the 200 day MA...you should at least be careful...if you are going to "load-the-boat" on ADCT at least spend a little extra and buy some short term Puts as portfolio insurance.
