I don't have a clue. He is just pulling what VITC has in their SEC filings. VITC puts that in the filings because they have never heard back from the SEC since the initial investigation. That was the first and only time the SEC ever contacted them.

First and foremost, all of you need to consider. I have gone over everything with VITC with a fine tooth comb. I have met with the directors first hand.

I have never ever gotten close friends and relatives in a stock before. I am so confident about VITC's future that relatives and close friends have large positions in the stock. They believe the same way I do about VITC's future.

Quite a few individuals on this thread I consider close friends.

VITC is my largest position in my portfolio. I am NOT concerned at all. Those who have done their DD and call the company will feel the same.

All I see is a buying opportunity Monday morning with a company with extremely bright future.

Cheers

RG

VITC <-then why is DAVIS writing as if it is a current on going investigation>

My guess is, incomplete DD, and probably a rush to get the article out.

But here's another supposition I got from a buddy in a PM, and he has no position in VITC....FWIW.

<"just wondering what Bob Davis motives are, with this exposure? Ah Ha! more subscribers at $60 per head and more buyers of stocks he's in. Ya Think???????lol.">

This post by Bob, may have been partly tongue in cheek, but.....he is certainly getting exposure, and probably new subscribers.

I have no problem with him chastising "Equity Gurus.com" and that email, and I agree completely, and I too have been amazed at some of the emails I've received with blatant intentions to violate Rule 10b-5 and lord knows what other laws or rules.

As I said once before, some of us used to try to jump on some of those email momo's, LOL with mixed results, for me anyway....if you were very fast with executions in and out, you could make a few bucks, in a few minutes, but if you got caught in them, OUCH!

If you look at the trading on Thursday.....their attempt at whatever was not too successful. Slightly higher volume than the previous two days, but certainly not unusual volume, and certainly no big jump in price.

This is the first time I have heard of Equity Gurus.com, and had not seen their email before his article, that's one list I guess I am not on.

I do have a problem, and I think so should the company, if he is suggesting that email was part of a company "promotion" which I doubt very much is true.

I DO have a problem with the manner in which the SEC investigation mentioned in the filing is presented in his article, as it comes off more like "scare tactics".

I don't think there is the slightest chance that VITC will be suspended or delisted for any reason. If I thought there a chance, I wouldn't have put, for me, so many $$ into it...in fact I would have bought exactly none, or just been in and out as a quick "play" or momo and said as much.

Seems to me, that anyone doing the most basic of DD, which should ALWAYS include reading the latest filings, was already well aware of the section in the filing Bob refers to, and had checked it out, or didn't care.

I do believe that investigation is "old news" and not pertinent to current management.

I believe Bob's article on VITC is at best, unfair.

I believe Bob's article did scare the hell out of some people, obvious from the sell off. Which makes me question, the motives, the timing.

Hmmm, what hurts us little guys more, getting caught at the wrong end of a pump and dump, or getting caught in the dump caused by an "irresponsible" article? Net result is the same with both.

Who benefits from an article such as this one?

Well Bob does with the exposure. Anyone short the stock sure does. The MM's sure do I would think.

LOL, and anyone that didn't want me to place in the contest for today..I had VITC in....figures.

I've read other articles by him that I agreed with, if not completely, then at least in part, including a couple of recent ones on stocks I am, or was in.
