Guys,

The information included in today's article about VITC was taken from their latest 10-K and 10-Q Reports.

If this was "old news" I would presume that the company would no longer be reporting it as a currently ongoing investigation. If in fact it is no longer an ongoing SEC investigation, the company needs to file an 8-K Report stating this.
