Mad2, looks like one has to differentiate a bit....,,

my impression...is that as long as one does not steal silver spoons from the company one can do a lot...,, I'm note surprised that, for example, mobbing is a 'legitime' means to grow one's career at the expense of other's,

regarding customers, low level scum (in the form of taking excessive commissions - mostly hidden) works, as long as the customer is not a friend of a director...,

(only recently I have seen that a bank where I was employed earlier, is selling illiquid municipial bonds at a yield approbiate for highly liquid govt. bonds, mostly to doctors pension funds..., a practise which has been punished by the SEC in the U.S. recently)

Well, if sleeping around is increasing the commission income, I'd expect that the broker, (or rather her boss) will be honored one time, rather than expelled.

Ultimately, it sheds a dim light on MLs customers - especially if that sort of customer care (or benefit) is honored with increased business to the comapny..???
