those sellers don't necessarily "have" those shares they are selling I can short down here because almost any time I want to cover I can hit the ask with everything and typically not even move the price. If these sellers are going short they are doing it in volumes that would take days to cover. I'd never have the guts to short something this low under those circumstances. Of course that may be why I don't have the $ to do what they do... My instinct says that institutions accumulated during the consolidation and are now panic selling. Eric
