Constant barrages, false information, intimidation tactics, and personal attacks are not called for mama no matter if you are long or short a stock. I felt it was excessive on Yahoo. As you probably know both regulators the SEC and NASD are now looking into this serious matter for many other stocks and I made a point to them that here is another obvious example. This is a public forum making false accusations and personal attacks is a crime. For instance, I hope they throw the book at David Tice, the analyst who trashed TYC for its false accusations of accounting irregularities and profited big time from it he should be prosecuted .
