It's already lower than I thought it would go. I flipped at 336 to the long side from the pure arbitrage view. I shorted a bubble on what I considered to be a bubble sector. My thinking.... I put a base on JDSU @ 90 (trying to allow for a market tanking). Given the 3.8 conversion, that puts a safety net at 342. It should trade at a slight discount until the deal is written in stone. So...maybe 300-310.....I hope. I ease into positions so take that into consideration. I just don't see much more down. But I have been wrong before. And I am a terrible long. lee
