JC didn't comment on earnings, but his demeanor was that of a man who didn't have a care in the world.

The analyst who followed said he had no doubts they would beat the consensus by a penny or two, as they have for the past 20 or 30 quarters. He also expected them to post 35 to 45% top line growth.

We'll know soon enough, but I've got my money on Cisco. Whether Mr. Market will be in a mood to reward us is a whole different question.
