Re...ECAR

Hi. I was drinking my way thru the Coffee Shop, and saw ECAR mentioned.

I've had ECAR for about 4 years, average cost 11 cents. This was once a $7 stock, ran into big time troubles, and really, really flirted with bankruptcy, but appears to have dodged the bullet. Their auditors are no longer giving warnings about cash flow, etc, effective last quarter.

They have announced contracts with Hyundai and Ford/Ecostar for the Think vehicle.

I suppose the biggest problem is the number of shares. The BOD can vote on 4 different reverse split options; they've had it for several years, tho.

I would really recommend that you look at this. I hang on the Alta Vista/ RB site; I don't know if there is another board, but we have some very knowledgeable folks over there.

ECAR...check it out...Folks on the board have called and talked with the boss and other officers, and some drop by the headquarters and report to us. The company is quite accessible to its investors.
