<<How can [Bill Murphy] make such statements
out of the blue [out of nowhere] like this
if he wants to be taken seriously?>>

paul,

Those hits to his head by those big and powerful
professional football players, having a date with
an ex-Elvis woman, having and losing a million dollars,
knowing past and present celebrities and secret stuff
he does not know that I know but now knows, so when it
comes to Bill its better to view him as a glass 1/2 full
rather than the 1/2 "empty" things he does.

Is this the first bigger blunder you noticed Bill having made?

Goodness, i'm now using my toes to keep count.

<<Same goes for GATA's focus on GS manipulation
... before the derivative stats indicated otherwise.>>

I'm lost on this one, as the GATA line is still
the same GS = bad, very bad, and the Morgan Bank
and others Billions of derivatives is new/recent.

<<My guess is that GATA will never take legal action
against the so called cabal for lack of solid evidence.>>

i don't have a guess
and i'm not able to tell
so guess what i would tell
(extra hint) never say never

<<GATA is just a story teller
aiding long suffering gold bugs
in feeling good about their holdings.>>

Its like a broken heart listening to 1950s song.
i.e. (1) good pain (2) hurts so good
But really, its the only connection gold bugs have,
and yes its a sad/bad link.

<<This is definately detrimental to ones wallet.>>

???

<<Without Veneroso's info on gold, imo,
GATA would be completely lost. >>

But there are lots of "high powered, smart, etc."
folks presenting similiar views of the same side
of the coin Bill talks about. Le Metropole Cafe

<<On another note, au looks bullish off this weekend
with the xau likely to take a run at 54 resistance.>>

Ooops, tech talk..i'm outta here.

Paul, i think the point that Murphy was making was that prior to this lease transfer, no official numbers on Uruguay's gold holdings existed...however, i have no way of confirming that.

fact is the gold is now in London...for no good reason as far as i can tell.

GATA's problem is it makes too many claims that can't be proven as of yet...much of it is conjecture based on circumstantial evidence. however, i think it is a good thing that GATA is around - because something DOES look fishy about the gold market.

regards,

hb
