Hi Bob,

I read the article you published. No doubt that VITC appears to be heavily promoted. So I have no problem with that.

My question is why did you choose to sensationalize the implications that an SEC investigation could result in a stock halt ?

The SEC investigates companies all the time. That's their job. Please tell me, what percentage of their investigations result in a trading halt ? If it's less than 25% then you have done a disservice to your readers by portraying a halt as an natural conclusion of the investigation. Responsible journalist that you are, I'm sure you will publish a clarification or a retraction.

If the investigation started long enough ago for it to be in VITC's filings, and no action has yet been taken, what does that say ? It says to me that either no action will be taken or the SEC is failing to protect the investment community in a timely manner.

May I assume that you don't think the SEC is failing to do their job ?

Regards,
Chris

Disclaimer: My position in VITC is small enough (7K shares bought around $1) that it could go to zero and I would simply chalk it up to the cost of doing business.

Hi Bob,

Notice of SEC investigating VITC was first reported by the company in AUGUST 1998 !!!!!!!!!! It is very old news and most likely has nothing to do with the current management.

Please publish a clarification to your article on VITC.
