Hi Bob, I read the article you published. No doubt that VITC appears to be heavily promoted. So I have no problem with that. My question is why did you choose to sensationalize the implications that an SEC investigation could result in a stock halt ? The SEC investigates companies all the time. That's their job. Please tell me, what percentage of their investigations result in a trading halt ? If it's less than 25% then you have done a disservice to your readers by portraying a halt as an natural conclusion of the investigation. Responsible journalist that you are, I'm sure you will publish a clarification or a retraction. If the investigation started long enough ago for it to be in VITC's filings, and no action has yet been taken, what does that say ? It says to me that either no action will be taken or the SEC is failing to protect the investment community in a timely manner. May I assume that you don't think the SEC is failing to do their job ? Regards, Chris Disclaimer: My position in VITC is small enough (7K shares bought around $1) that it could go to zero and I would simply chalk it up to the cost of doing business.
