A chalkboard/whiteboard is a fantastic idea. I think I will get one as well (I have the spot picked out on my wall, right between my bookshelf and the computer). I wonder if one can deduct the wall space? :)

Simon.

Rande: Can you refresh our memories as to what you think are the best "Early Bouncers" by re-posting one of your posts listing them from earlier this year? Also, if you have some new additions to your previous "faves", they would be appreciated.

Just in case anyone here or lurking is still laboring under the notion that the brokerage houses are on our side, check out this comment made Friday by Cramer's head trader. It's hard enough to deal with the seasonality but when you have these guys deliberately assaulting key support levels . . . .

Boy, I'll tell ya, it sure is nice out here in Amagensett. Sand, surf...even sushi (must be Friday). So, we played the support level, and it failed (miserably, I might add). But, that is why you set stops...discipline let's you take shots like that, oversold bounce shots, and play up moves in a down tape. We saw four major houses try to break em this morning, and figured they'd snap em back at least once off the 90 level QQQ. The pure disregard they had for that mosterous support level is very disturbing. Yes, we'll have rallies, but it sure feels like rallies are made to be sold.

(My comment) Also, Bob Brinker has made the call for his listeners to exit their long QQQ trade at an 84 stop. Since his QQQ buy call was widely credited with beginning the summer rally, I suspect this call will have negative repurcussions Monday morning, and possibly cause the Nasdaq to fill the gap left at 3580ish, putting in the short term bottom you're looking for.
