Agreed, but the "ball is in your court" to be fair, accurate, and report without innuendo. Do you feel your story was fair and accurate ? I don't. You don't mention that the investigation began in 1998. You imply that SEC investigation = trading halt. You have a responsibility to your readers to be fair and accurate, not just to publish a subset of the facts. Please publish all the facts and publish the fact that an SEC investigation from August 1998 does not necessarily lead to a trading halt in July 2000. Thank you, Chris
