You can be sure that there will be DOJ questions and comments. And maybe some type of divestiture will be required to permit the acquisition to take place.

I think that your statement is quite a hyperbole. SDLI is already trading at a discount to the conversion price of about $120 -- to suggest a discount of $200+ is absurd. I think that while both may fall [JDSU and SDLI], the diparity between the JDSU and SDLI will decline and not expand. SDLI, in its own right, is worth $300+.
