Hi Keith,

Tom Galvin, who appears to have a pretty decent record calling the markets, sees Labor day as the beginning of the next rally (as opposed to DC bounces). I tend to agree with that. However, I would submit that many investors, retail and instituions, will buy quite a bit before that time (sort of self-fulfilling prophecy) trying to get ahead of the next guy.

For the record, I am 90% cash, like you just waiting for the "right time" to reload. Yesterday, I saw a pretty good posting on Rande's thread, a game plan which I intend to follow. It is really worth a look:

I know you have had it pretty tough in the last couple of months. Time to learn from mistakes, and move on. I still believe we will have a great year-end rally for which this recent nasty correction only will seem like a great buying opportunity. Not yet for me though.
