I spoke to Bruce McLeod yesterday regarding the Antana property and received the following information:

When will the homepage be updated, what will it contain?

Bruce indicated the homepage should be updated any day now (He was calling the webmaster to find out what the holdup was). It will include a property description, maps and photos of the property. northair.com

Who is on-site now and what are they doing?

A company called Ironbark is currently at the property performing mapping and gridding. On August 21, Bruce and Tom will arrive at the property and will oversee a sampling program to increase the sampling density. Sampling to date has been 10ft x 10ft composites of 30-40kg of material. Bruce mentioned the sampling results mirrored results taken by a previous company on the property. His words were an “uncanny replicability of results”.

When is it expected drilling will start (last quarter 2000) and what will be the size of the program:

Bruce informed me that although this is difficult to time, they are tentatively aiming for the first week of November. The agreement suggests that a minimum of 1,500m of RC and 500m of core drilling will take place.

Can drilling take place year round?

Bruce explained that due to the excellent location they are able to drive to the property. There is a minimal rainy season but this would not hinder drilling therefore drilling could take place year round. Hydro is within 20km and the property is drill rig accessible (truck mounted rigs). <edit> I found this map on the web which gives an idea of where they are. Ignore anything to do with Berenguala berenguela.com

Describe the topography, what makes the company think surface mineralization continues at depth:

Samples taken so far have been taken 200m from lowest to highest in elevation. There are a number of antimony workings around the property. Some extend up to 3km away from this main zone. Around the workings the au grade is highest. Antimony is a precious metals indicator.

Surface Rights:

Bruce indicated that letters of intent for surface rights were now in place. When finalized, the agreement would commence as of the anniversary date.

Hope this helps,
