Stephen: Take a look at the registration statement. Without going back, my recollection is that insider do in fact hold about 10% (including Noam & the founder). It seems that the more appropriate question based on your prior post is what is the ratio of the insider shares and IPO share to those retained by MRVC (just because there is authorized shares does not mean that they will be issued as part of the IPO). Shares "retained" by the company (i.e. LUMN) shouldn't matter just the ratio of holdings between actual third parties (including MRVC). Zach
