Bernie: I was deliberately vague and did not use the book value concept. I have seen the various estimate in other posts. That's why I said "the rest of the assets and the sales". I don't know what the rest of the assets are or how they are valued. Even if they are zero, it is evident that the forward sales are being grossly undervalued by the market.
