Not all artists agree Napster is stealing.....perhaps only those that put work into one song, surround it with filler, and then charge $18 for it. They are scared and rightly so! Their time has come.

I respect your opinion but do not believe exchanging songs (like I did 10 years ago on tape) is stealing. And the data rate is important since it really is the only measure to compare CD quality to that of cassettes.

Now... if Napster could help the Chinese get CDMA for free then you people might actually have a problem with it?

Actually, this would only help me financially since I am heavily invested into semiconductors, whether they are legal CDMA chips or not:-)
