The QCOM situation here is not unlike the 3COM story when the PALM spinoff was announced. 3COM to, was considered to be undervalued when the potential value of the components
was analysed.

So - what are the potential trading strategies here?
Load up the truck while QCOM is trading below $70.
Unload when it hits $110. Load up again when it falls back to ???

For once - TA might be useful.

Would Any TA mavens out there care to make some broad based predictions of QCOM price movement using 3COM as an example?
