I don't know, this doesn't exactly feel like capitulation yet. When CSCO broke through before, it felt like capitulation.

Do you think all we get is a bounce??

The latest from my other board's version of Carpino (this guy called the July 17 reversal on April 17, and has made a few other uncanny predictions the last couple of years). He sees a bounce, but warns not to get too comfortable ...... for what comes after may not be pretty:
