Hello Kirby, <<As far as I can tell, for every 10 million shares of Spinco floated to the public at the IPO, QCOM shareholders would get .1125 shares of SPIN for every QCOM share they have.>> So, if Spinco floats 10M shares, and an hypothetical individual owns 100,000 QCOM shares in an account, he will get 1 * 100,000 * 0.1125 = 11,250 shares.
