Matrix, how sure are you that the dividend will be maintained? They have about $60 MM cash (according to Yahoo) and at their current payout the quarterly dividend requires about $120 MM. maybe the market is factoring in a dividend cut. Since they do not expect to come out of their rut for another 2 quarters, th rational thing would be to conserve cash. I have not kpt up with XRX, but it seems that their markets are slowing and I am not sure what they have done to expand into growth markets. Zeev
