Stew you are the most imformed on this whole issue and your statement does imply that you believe GMST will win all the legal battles that are coming up.May I ask why you are so sure as courts cases always make me nervous.

Stew, I just saw a Panasonic ad, showing two guys stopping live baseball action on TV and betting whether the pitch would be a ball or a strike. Are they paying our GEM royalties?
